1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Customized or personalized products, perishable goods, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that came with it. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Inspecting Returns: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or defective.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
